With the GRANIT division, we offer specialist dealers in Europe agricultural machinery, garden technology, construction machinery and commercial vehicle spare parts from a single source. The goods are shipped throughout Europe from our 90,000m² central warehouse in Heeslingen and we thus support more than 40,000 specialist dealers and workshops throughout Europe.

We are looking for you to expand our team at our Hamburg location as a

Employee operational purchasing / disposition (m/f/d)

Your tasks

• Independent disposition of spare parts and workshop requirements
• Correspondence within the scope of order processing in German and English
• Monitoring delivery dates and order confirmations
• Maintenance of order parameters in the merchandise management system
• Correspondence with purchasing offices, suppliers and forwarding agents
• Monitoring article availability and stock levels
• Supplier meetings to optimize the delivery performance

Your profile

• Completed commercial training, e.g. as an industrial clerk (m/f/d) or merchant (m/f/d) in wholesale and foreign trade, ideally with relevant professional experience in a comparable position or a degree in business administration
• Sound IT skills (especially MS Office)
• Business fluent in German and good written and spoken English
• Strong communication skills, a sense of responsibility and the ability to work in a team
• Independent, goal-oriented way of working
