Employee Quality Assurance (m/f/d)

Your tasks

• Processing customer and supplier complaints
• Evaluation of error causes and identification of improvement potential
• Design and implementation of process optimizations
• Supporting discussions with customers and suppliers
• Conducting material and product tests
• Organization and processing of production-related tests
• Ensuring compliance with internal quality standards
• Planning and implementation of internal training measures in the production area
• Collaborating closely with production and all relevant internal departments

Your profile

• Successfully completed training as a technician (m/f/d) or training with relevant professional experience in quality assurance
• Technical understanding and knowledge of the relevant product groups desirable
• Business fluent in German and fluent in English
• Confident handling of MS Office and ERP systems
• Independent and structured way of working
• Strong communication skills and assertiveness
• Analytical thinking, problem-solving skills and goal-oriented action
• Resilience and the ability to work in a team
