The goods are shipped throughout Europe from our 90,000m² central warehouse in Heeslingen and we thus support more than 40,000 specialist dealers and workshops throughout Europe.

Internal Sales Representative (m/f/d)

Your tasks

• Telephonic customer service
• Recording and processing of complaints
• Receiving and processing customer orders
• Cooperation with internal and external interfaces

Your profile

• Completed commercial training, e.g. as an office clerk (m/f/d), industrial clerk (m/f/d), retail clerk (m/f/d) or wholesale and foreign trade clerk (m/f/d)
• First experience in telephone customer service is desirable
• Good MS Office user skills
• Excellent communication skills, enjoy making phone calls and have a talent for organization
• High customer and service orientation
