One chapter ends, a new one begins: The Bachelor Graduates of 2026

Three and a half years ago, a chapter began that has now come to a close. The bachelor students have celebrated their graduation.

Three and a half years of hard work and ambition, ups and downs, joy and determination have paid off: On April 24, the dual students ceremoniously received their certificates and celebrated their graduation. An internal celebration together with the management team took place on April 29.

On this occasion, the graduates looked back on the past years and took a glimpse into the future:

Finn, Industrial Engineering, Logistics Process Engineering:

What will especially stay with me is my time abroad at our purchasing office in India, as well as my involvement in our new logistics center in Tholey. Through the Process Engineering team, I gained valuable insights into our logistics planning early on – which makes me even more excited to continue my journey in exactly this area.

Nina, Industrial Engineering, Productmanagement GRANIT:

During my studies, I gained many exciting insights, collected practical experience, and had an unforgettable time in Shanghai. Now, I am starting in Product Management and look forward to new challenges, diverse tasks, and international collaboration.

Paul, Industrial Engineering, Productmanagement GRANIT:

During my 3.5 years of study, I had the opportunity to get to know many different departments, build valuable connections throughout the company, and gain special experiences abroad. What impressed me most was the trust and responsibility I was given as a student. During this time, I was able to grow personally, and I look back with great gratitude on all the people who accompanied me along the way.

Jannik Delventhal, Business Administration, Productmanagement TREX.PARTS:

My dual study program gave me a comprehensive understanding of processes and interrelationships through the insights I gained into various departments and companies within the FRICKE Group. I am especially grateful for the opportunity to spend time abroad in the USA at CFC, which had a significant impact on me both personally and professionally. Now, I look forward to contributing my knowledge to Product Management at TREX.PARTS and taking on new challenges.

What I especially enjoyed about my studies was the strong sense of community among us students. We were always able to exchange ideas and support one another. I also truly appreciated how warmly I was welcomed in every department. Through the different placements, I got to know the company better and better, while also growing personally through my tasks and responsibilities.

The dual study program particularly shaped me through the international experiences I gained in the USA and Portugal. During this time, I was able to develop significantly both professionally and personally. I am all the more excited to now apply this knowledge in my new role as NPI Manager (New Product Introduction) at the FRICKE Group.

When I think back to our very first day at the FRICKE Group, I only now realize how much we have all grown and how many experiences we have shared over these past 3.5 years. I am especially grateful for the countless experiences I was able to gain and for the support of the many colleagues who accompanied me along the way. I look forward to the journey ahead, because today we are not only celebrating the completion of our studies, but also the beginning of something new.

I experienced the dual study program as a great opportunity to get to know different areas of responsibility, departments, and remarkable people. In the end, you build a strong network within the company, gain solid theoretical and practical knowledge, and open up various career perspectives. I especially appreciated the variety of tasks, which allowed me to write my bachelor’s thesis in the field of data science and now work in process optimization.

Looking back, my studies were a formative time for me. Through the direct combination of theory and practice, I was able to apply many concepts immediately in financial accounting, where I will also continue my career within the company.
