GROW WITH US - Start your career with the FRICKE Group! To ensure our continued success, we offer apprenticeships and are looking for you to join us at our Heeslingen site from 1 August 2027
Here's what you can expect
- Diversity in logistics: During your apprenticeship, you’ll get to know the various areas of our warehouse and dispatch processes and gain practical experience. As well as your tasks in the warehouse, you’ll also gain an insight into the commercial departments – a solid foundation for your future development.
- Diverse logistics processes using modern technology: Whether it’s goods receipt, warehousing or dispatch – with us, you’ll experience the full spectrum of modern logistics. Using modern technology and carrying out a wide range of tasks, you’ll ensure that customer orders are processed smoothly.
- Broaden your horizons: You’ll have the chance to gain experience at various FRICKE Group sites. This will allow you to familiarise yourself with logistics processes outside our logistics centre in Heeslingen.
- Your prospects: Upon successfully completing the two-year apprenticeship as a warehouse specialist (m/f/d), you’ll have the opportunity to add a third year of training and qualify as a warehouse logistics specialist.
What you need to bring
- Educational requirements: A Realschule leaving certificate or a good Hauptschule leaving certificate – your qualification will lay the foundations for a successful apprenticeship.
- Interest in logistics & retail: You’d like to know how our spare parts make their way from the warehouse to the customer – with a mix of hands-on work in the warehouse and insights into office operations.
- Reliability & Commitment: You work carefully, are attentive and are keen to learn new processes.
- Achieving more together: You enjoy working in a team, are open to others and actively contribute.
