- Practical experience & theory: Your dual study programme takes place at the renowned NORDAKADEMIE in Elmshorn and runs for seven semesters. During your practical placements, you will gain experience in various departments within the FRICKE Group.
- A traditional business studies programme with a clear focus: Your course follows the traditional business studies structure, but places a clear emphasis on logistics and process management right from the start.
- Varied tasks with responsibility: During your dual study programme, you will actively work on business-related tasks and projects in various departments and companies within the FRICKE Group. This focus is firmly integrated into your in-company training right from the start. You will be specifically assigned to areas where the focus is on efficiently procuring, storing, transporting and distributing goods – both nationally and internationally.

What you need to bring
- Academic background: Whether you have A-levels or a good vocational A-level – your qualification will lay the foundations for a successful apprenticeship.
- Interest in logistics and commerce: You’re keen on business-related matters, enjoy analysing complex processes and want to understand how data, systems and processes interact in logistics.
- Thinking proactively & getting stuck in: It’s important to you to work independently, take on responsibility and make a difference.
- Team-oriented and communicative: You enjoy working in a team, are open in your approach to others and actively contribute your ideas.
