Here's what you can expect
- Driving application development forward: Active collaboration within the application development team, with a focus on EDI
- Implementing EDI requirements: Supporting the coordination and implementation of EDI requirements
- Managing interfaces: Responsibility for interfaces with internal and external systems
- Gathering requirements: Facilitating discussions with business departments to capture business requirements
- Supporting implementation: Implementing requirements in direct contact with customers and suppliers
- Ensuring process reliability: Testing and acceptance of processes
- Creating mappings: Creation of EDI mappings
- Providing support: Handling tickets relating to EDI issues in first- and second-level support
What you need to bring
- Training & Qualifications: Completed IT training, e.g. as an IT specialist (m/f/d) in application development or system integration, a business administrator (m/f/d) in IT systems management, or an IT specialist (m/f/d) in data and process analysis
- Professional experience & Expertise: Ideally, initial experience in the field of integration and a basic understanding of business processes; basic knowledge of project management and initial experience in the integration and connection of systems via EDI to customers and suppliers are desirable (but not essential);
- IT & language skills: Business-fluent German (C1) and, ideally, a good command of English; basic knowledge of Java would be an advantage
- Personal skills: An independent and solution-oriented approach to work, a service-oriented mindset, strong communication skills and the ability to work well in a team
