Here's what you can expect
- Handling bookkeeping: Allocating and posting incoming invoices, vouchers, cash transactions and fixed assets
- Processing payments: Processing bank transfers and monitoring payment transactions
- Managing the dunning process: Managing outstanding items and carrying out the dunning process
- Maintaining accounts: Managing and reconciling accounts receivable and accounts payable
- Supporting HR: Acting as a point of contact for HR matters and assisting with payroll
What you need to bring
- Training & Qualifications: Completed commercial apprenticeship, e.g. as an office clerk (m/f/d), industrial clerk (m/f/d), retail clerk (m/f/d), wholesale and foreign trade clerk (m/f/d) or tax clerk (m/f/d)
- Work experience & specialist knowledge: An interest in working with figures, a good technical understanding, as well as a strong sense of responsibility and attention to detail
- IT & language skills: Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel, as well as business fluency in German and a good command of written and spoken English; knowledge of SAP (S/4) and experience with accounting software
- Personal skills: Ability to work as part of a team, as well as an independent and goal-oriented approach to work
