Here's what you can expect

• Expert advice: Providing specialist and technical advice to our customers on our hydraulics product range
• Handling enquiries: Receiving customer enquiries by telephone and providing an initial assessment of requirements relating to our product range
• Processing customer enquiries: Independently processing and following up on customer enquiries – from initial clarification through to the final solution
• Preparing quotations & orders: Preparing suitable quotations and reliably recording and processing customer orders
• Supporting project-based business: Providing support for project-related enquiries and contributing to bespoke customer solutions in the hydraulics sector

What you need to bring

• Training & Qualifications: Successfully completed technical or commercial training, e.g. as an industrial mechanic (m/f/d), agricultural machinery mechatronics technician (m/f/d), automotive mechatronics technician (m/f/d) or a comparable apprenticeship
• Work experience & specialist knowledge: Ideally, initial work experience in the field of agriculture / agricultural engineering / hydraulic components
• IT & language skills: Proficiency in MS Office and Windows applications, as well as a good command of German; some experience with ERP systems, ideally SAP S/4HANA, is an advantage but not a requirement
• Personal skills: Strong communication skills, enjoyment of interacting with customers, and a friendly and outgoing manner
