Here's what you can expect

• Advising customers: Providing expert advice to our customers on products in the fields of lorry hydraulics and commercial vehicle accessories
• Managing quotation processes: Preparing, processing and following up on quotations, as well as reliably processing incoming orders
• Identifying spare parts: Identifying spare parts via electronic media 
• Handling complaints: Structured handling of complaints 

What you need to bring

• Training & Qualifications: Successfully completed technical training, e.g. as a commercial vehicle or motor vehicle mechatronics technician (m/f/d), agricultural and construction machinery mechatronics technician (m/f/d) or, alternatively, a commercial apprenticeship, e.g. in wholesale and foreign trade
• Work experience & specialist knowledge: Initial experience in an office-based role, as well as technical understanding and, ideally, initial experience in the commercial vehicle sector
• IT & language skills: Proficiency in MS Office and business-level German
• Personal skills: Strong customer focus and excellent communication skills
