Here's what you can expect

• Providing expert advice: Providing expert advice to our customers on the engine technology product range
• Handling enquiries: Handling customer enquiries regarding our product range by telephone
• Handling customer enquiries: Handling other enquiries from our customers
• Recording quotations & orders: Preparing quotations and recording orders

What you need to bring

• Training & Qualifications: Successfully completed vocational training in the field of automotive engineering, mechanical engineering or technical trade – e.g. as an automotive, agricultural or construction machinery mechatronics technician (m/f/d), industrial mechanic (m/f/d), machining mechanic (m/f/d) or wholesale and foreign trade management assistant (m/f/d) with a strong technical understanding
• Professional experience & Expertise: Ideally, initial professional experience in the automotive, commercial vehicle, construction machinery or agricultural machinery sectors, as well as a sound basic knowledge of internal combustion engines and their components (e.g. engine parts, seals, fuel injection or cooling systems) – career changers (m/f/d) coming directly from engine repair or workshop backgrounds are also welcome
• IT & Language skills: Proficiency in MS Office and Windows applications, as well as business-level German (C1); some experience with ERP systems, ideally SAP S/4HANA, is an advantage but not a requirement
• Personal skills: Strong communication skills, a passion for dealing with customers, and a friendly and outgoing manner
