Here's what you can expect
- Providing expert advice: Providing expert advice to our customers on the seating technology product range
- Handling enquiries: Handling customer enquiries regarding our product range by telephone
- Handling customer enquiries: Handling other enquiries from our customers
- Recording quotations & orders: Preparing quotations and recording orders
What you need to bring
- Education & Qualifications: Successfully completed technical training, e.g. as an automotive mechatronics technician (m/f/d), agricultural machinery mechatronics technician (m/f/d) or a comparable qualification
- Professional experience & specialist knowledge: Ideally, some initial professional experience, e.g. as a technical adviser in the field of agriculture / agricultural engineering
- IT & language skills: Proficiency in MS Office and Windows applications, as well as a good command of German; some experience with ERP systems, ideally with SAP S/4HANA, is an advantage but not a prerequisite
- Personal skills: Strong communication skills, a genuine enjoyment of working with customers, and a friendly and outgoing manner
