Here's what you can expect
- Advising customers & selling spare parts: Providing expert advice to our customers and selling spare parts
- Handling complaints: Independently handling incoming complaints
- Processing orders: Complete order processing, including tracking deadlines
- Identifying spare parts: Locating spare parts via electronic media
- Point of contact for day-to-day business: Close coordination with the field sales team and liaison with relevant departments
What you need to bring
- Training & Qualifications: Successfully completed commercial apprenticeship, e.g. as an office clerk (m/f/d), industrial clerk (m/f/d), retail sales assistant (m/f/d) or wholesale and foreign trade clerk (m/f/d)
- Work experience & specialist knowledge: Initial experience in telephone customer service is desirable
- IT & Language Skills: Good knowledge of MS Office and Windows applications, as well as a good command of German; initial experience with ERP systems, ideally with SAP S/4HANA, is an advantage but not a requirement
- Personal skills: Excellent communication skills, a passion for working on the telephone and organisational skills, as well as a strong customer and service focus
