Here's what you can expect
- Advising customers & selling spare parts: Providing expert advice to our customers and selling spare parts for commercial vehicles
- Supporting the field sales team: Supporting the field sales team in meeting customer requirements
- Identifying spare parts: Locating spare parts via electronic media
- Processing orders: Complete order processing, including tracking deadlines
- Managing quotation processes: Preparing and tracking quotations
- Handling complaints: Independently handling incoming complaints
- Point of contact for day-to-day business: Close coordination with the field sales team and liaison with relevant departments
What you need to bring
- Training & Qualifications: Successfully completed vocational training in the automotive sector or a comparable technical qualification
- Work experience & specialist knowledge: Technical understanding and, ideally, experience with the relevant product groups; basic commercial know-how and a passion for sales; career changers are also welcome
- IT & language skills: Proficiency in using MS Office and Windows applications; good command of German
- Personal qualities: Strong customer focus, excellent communication skills and the ability to work well in a team
