Here's what you can expect
- Custom SAP development: Development, extension and customisation of applications in the SAP S/4HANA environment
- Close collaboration with SAP teams: Technical implementation of requirements in collaboration with internal specialist departments
- Use of modern technologies: Development using ABAP / ABAP OO and utilising Core Data Services (CDS), OData and Fiori/UI5
- Ensuring technical stability: Carrying out technical analyses, troubleshooting and performance optimisations
- Actively shaping projects: Contributing to system migrations, upgrades and transformations as part of S/4HANA projects
What you need to bring
- Education & Qualifications: A successfully completed degree in a technical or scientific subject, e.g. Business Informatics, or an IT-related apprenticeship, e.g. as an IT Specialist (m/f/d), or a comparable qualification in the IT field with several years’ professional experience
- Professional experience & specialist knowledge: Several years’ experience in SAP software development, ideally within the S/4HANA environment; good knowledge of SAP modules such as MM, SD, LE or EWM is desirable
- IT & language skills: In-depth knowledge of ABAP / ABAP OO, CDS views, BOPF, OData services and enhancement techniques such as BAdIs, user exits or enhancement points; experience with SAP Fiori, SAP UI5 and REST APIs would be an advantage; business fluency in German (at least C1 level) and good command of English
- Personal skills: Analytical thinking, a structured approach to work and team spirit
