Here's what you can expect
- International HR consultancy: Group-wide consultancy for our overseas subsidiaries on personnel and employment law issues relating to dismissals, employment contracts and other HR matters
- Support with an international focus: Providing support to a defined group of employees on all HR-related matters within a smaller company with an international focus
- Sparking partner for senior management: Advice on strategic HR topics with an international dimension within the group of companies
- HR policies & processes: Involvement in the implementation and further development of group-wide HR policies, processes and change management initiatives with an international dimension
- Administrative support: Support for overseas subsidiaries on administrative matters such as drafting employment contracts and certificates, as well as processing electronic time recording (ATOSS)
What you need to bring
- Education & Qualifications: A successfully completed commercial apprenticeship or a degree in economics, law or social sciences, ideally with a specialisation in personnel management, human resource management or (business) psychology
- Professional experience & Expertise: Professional experience in a comparable role, e.g. as an international HR Business Partner (m/f/d), HR Officer (m/f/d) or HR Manager (m/f/d), as well as a basic knowledge of international labour law
- IT & language skills: Proficiency in MS Office, business fluency in German (C1) and a good command of English for collaboration with our overseas subsidiaries
- Personal skills: Strong interpersonal skills, intercultural understanding, a confident manner and excellent communication skills
