The attachments and components for our SAPHIR machines are finally assembled in Bockel according to customer specifications.

Here's what you can expect
- Jointly responsible for product ranges: Support in managing various product areas within soil cultivation, such as knife rollers, large spring-tine harrows, rotary tillers, universal cultivators, subsoilers and associated spare and wear parts, with the prospect of taking responsibility for your own product ranges
- Supporting sales units: Supporting the sales team with technical and product-specific enquiries, as well as occasionally accompanying the field sales team to customer appointments and demonstrations
- Helping to shape the product range: Contributing to the analysis of markets and customer requirements in the field of soil cultivation, as well as supporting the establishment, structuring and further development of the product range
- Supporting product launches: Assisting with the planning and management of product launches, as well as contributing to the development of product strategies and roadmaps
- Preparing product information professionally: Creating practical product information, presentations and technical documentation, as well as supporting training for sales staff and retail partners
- Monitoring market and competitive developments: Continuously analysing relevant developments and working closely with internal departments such as development, sales, production and marketing
What you need to bring
- Training & Qualifications: Completed commercial or technical training, e.g. as a wholesale and foreign trade management assistant (m/f/d), Agricultural Services Specialist (m/f/d) or Agricultural and Construction Machinery Mechatronics Technician (m/f/d), ideally with some initial exposure to agriculture, agricultural machinery or agricultural technology
- Work experience & specialist knowledge: Basic knowledge of soil cultivation and, ideally, some initial experience in product management, technical sales, product marketing or technical consultancy within the agricultural machinery sector
- IT & language skills: Basic knowledge of MS Office, as well as business fluency in German (C1) and a good command of English
- Personal Skills: A structured and analytical approach to work, technical understanding, business acumen, a sales-oriented mindset, as well as strong communication skills and the ability to work well in a team
