Here's what you can expect
- Managing own-brand packaging: Developing and revising packaging and labels in close collaboration with our designers, as well as coordinating print data whilst taking into account current EU guidelines and legal requirements
- Taking responsibility for project management: Managing packaging projects and ensuring priorities, deadlines and transparent project status updates are met
- Preparing product information: Sourcing, verifying and independently preparing the required product and packaging information
- Coordinating interfaces: Close coordination with product and quality management, suppliers and external agencies
- Further developing tools and processes: Introducing new tools and further developing workflows and standards for efficient packaging processes
What you need to bring
- Education & Qualifications: A successfully completed degree, ideally specialising in marketing or project management, or a comparable business-related qualification with initial professional experience in project management
- Project management & specialist knowledge: Initial experience in independent project management and in the structured management of multiple projects is desirable; knowledge of the packaging or own-brand sector is an advantage, but not essential
- IT & language skills: Confident use of digital tools, as well as the ability to familiarise oneself independently with new systems and to actively support their implementation and further development; business-fluent German (min. C1)
- Personal skills: An independent, structured and solution-oriented approach to work, with a strong sense of responsibility and high standards of quality, as well as strong communication skills when collaborating with various departments, suppliers and external partners
