Here's what you can expect
- Assembling body components: Assembly of sub-assemblies and components for commercial vehicles
- Processing aluminium profiles: Cutting to size and assembling profiles and fittings (mainly aluminium)
- Manufacturing to plan: Assembly and machining tasks based on parts lists, drawings and sketches
- Carrying out preparatory work: Ensuring a smooth production process
- Monitoring quality: Carrying out quality checks throughout the manufacturing process
- Preparing for transport: Packaging and preparing goods for dispatch
- Carrying out welding work: Carrying out welding work on steel and aluminium, where required
What you need to bring
- Training & Qualifications: Completed vocational training as a metalworker (m/f/d), fitter (m/f/d), metalworker (m/f/d), industrial mechanic (m/f/d) or welder (m/f/d)
- Work experience & Expertise: Substantial professional experience is desirable, though we also welcome career starters who are motivated and keen to learn
- IT & language skills: Ability to read technical drawings, as well as a good technical understanding and an interest in manufacturing technology
- Personal skills: Manual dexterity, a customer-focused mindset, a strong commitment to quality and a reliable approach to work
