Here's what you can expect
- Payroll support: Preparation and execution of timely payroll processing using SAGE for a defined group of employees
- Communication with external bodies: Correspondence with social security and pension insurance providers, employers’ liability insurance associations, public authorities and health insurance funds
- Digital HR administration: Creation and maintenance of personnel files and master data in digital form
- Time management at a glance: Recording and management of all relevant data relating to time recording in ATOSS
- Point of contact for all payroll-related matters: Providing support and advice to staff on straightforward queries regarding payroll processing, in consultation with the team
- Reliable documentation: Preparing reports, certificates and analyses
- Preparing for audits: Providing relevant documents for income tax audits
- Supporting the annual accounts: Assisting with payroll-related year-end tasks
What you need to bring
- Training & Qualifications: Completed commercial vocational training, e.g. as an office management assistant (m/f/d), wholesale and foreign trade clerk (m/f/d), industrial clerk (m/f/d) or Tax clerk (m/f/d)
- Work experience & specialist knowledge: An interest in payroll accounting and, ideally, some initial experience with payroll or wage accounting; a career change is possible
- IT & language skills: Proficiency in using MS Office products and, ideally, some experience with SAGE and ATOSS (though this is not a requirement); business-level German (C1)
- Personal skills: Communication and problem-solving skills, ability to work in a team, flexibility and discretion; a structured, independent and meticulous approach to work
