Agricultural and Construction Machinery Mechatronics Technician (m/f/d) – Training programme
The apprenticeship as an agricultural and construction machinery mechatronics technician (m/f) lasts three and a half years. As part of the training programme, apprentices at the FRICKE Group specialise in agricultural machinery technology.

The apprenticeship consists of classroom-based and practical modules. During their training, our apprentices learn how to repair and maintain machinery used in agriculture, horticulture, forestry and municipal services. As well as the basics of working on agricultural and construction machinery, they are also taught how to connect, adjust and test mechanical, pneumatic, hydraulic and electronic systems. Furthermore, apprentices in the Agricultural and Construction Machinery Mechatronics (m/f/d) programme gain an insight into dealing with customers.

What you should bring to the role

The entry requirements for an apprenticeship as an agricultural and construction machinery mechatronics technician (m/f/d) are a secondary school leaving certificate or a good lower secondary school leaving certificate. You should, of course, have an interest in technical matters and, in particular, in agricultural machinery. Our apprentices can look forward to interesting tasks and projects. A basic understanding of technology and manual dexterity are certainly an advantage.
