Here's what you can expect

• Motivating & leading the team: Providing technical and managerial guidance, as well as developing the multi-member internal sales team
• Supporting day-to-day operations: Active involvement in the day-to-day operations of the internal sales team, as well as handling customer enquiries, complaints, quotations and orders
• Coordinating resource planning: Drawing up duty rosters and ensuring reliable staffing levels within the internal sales team
• Supporting the field sales team: Working closely with the field sales team to support and develop existing customers 
• Supporting customers on-site: Providing personalised support to selected customers in the regional area and occasionally attending customer appointments on-site
• Providing technical advice: Advising our customers on hydraulics, commercial vehicle attachments and spare parts

What you need to bring

• Training & Qualifications: Successfully completed technical or commercial training, e.g. as a commercial vehicle or motor vehicle mechatronics technician (m/f/d), agricultural and construction machinery mechatronics technician (m/f/d) or business administrator (m/f/d) in wholesale and international trade
• Professional experience & Expertise: Several years’ professional experience in internal sales, and ideally experience in the field of commercial vehicles, hydraulics or technical products; initial management experience as a team leader or team coordinator is desirable, but this role could also be your next career step 
• IT & language skills: Proficiency in MS Office and business fluency in German
• Personal skills: Strong communication skills, a strong customer and service focus, willingness to travel occasionally, and a passion for leading and developing staff
