We are looking for you to expand our team at our Bremen location as a
Employee complaints department (m/f/d)
Your tasks
- Processing of complaint tickets from the sales team
- Phone and written correspondence with transport service providers regarding defective spare parts or other issues
- Coordination with the warehouse in the event of missing quantities / differences
- Creation of credit notes and invoices
- Collaborating closely with logistics, the complaints team and the team leader
Your profile
- Successfully completed training, preferably related to logistics, e.g. as a specialist in warehouse logistics (m/f/d), wholesale and foreign trade merchant (m/f/d) or forwarding merchant (m/f/d)
- Good MS Office user skills, initial experience in working with SAP and/or Oracle is desirable, but not a must
- Good written and spoken German language skills
- Self-reliant way of working, conscientious and enjoy dealing with customers, suppliers and transport service providers
