We are looking for you to expand our team at the Heeslingen site as a
HR Manager (m/f/d)
Your tasks
- Advising executives on operational and strategic human resources issues
- Supporting a selected group of employees in all personnel-related issues
- Support in the implementation of company-wide guidelines, projects and change processes
- Optimization and further development of human resources processes
- Design of internal & external personnel marketing and support of recruiting and selection processes
- Planning of training and further education measures
- Constructive and trusting cooperation with the works council
Your profile
- Successfully completed commercial training or a degree in economics, law or social sciences
- Relevant professional experience in a comparable position, e.g. as HR Business Partner (m/f/d) or Personnel Officer (m/f/d)
- Good knowledge of employment law
- Confident handling of the MS Office package
- High social skills, confident appearance and strong communication skills
- Business fluent in German and good command of English
