We are looking for you to expand our team at the Heeslingen site as a
Payroll clerk (m/f/d) full or part time
You like to work with people and numbers, are super structured and have at least 25-30 hours per week? Then you are exactly right with us!
Your tasks
- Preparation and execution of timely payroll accounting for a defined group of employees in compliance with tax and social legislation
- Correspondence with social and pension insurance institutions, employers' liability insurance associations, authorities and health insurance funds
- Creating and maintaining digital personnel files and master data
- Capture and manage all relevant data in the area of working time recording
- Support and advise employees on all important payroll issues
- Preparation of notifications, certificates and evaluations
- Providing all important documents for the payroll tax audit
- Year-end closing work
Your profile
- Successfully completed commercial vocational training, preferably with further training in the field of payroll
- Up-to-date knowledge of tax, social security and labor law and initial professional experience in payroll accounting / payroll accounting are desirable, but we are also happy to give career starters a chance
- Knowledge in the use of MS Office products and ideally experience in the use of SAGE and ATOSS
- Excellent communication and problem solving skills, team player, flexibility and discretion
