With the GRANIT division, we offer specialist dealers in Europe agricultural machinery, garden technology, construction machinery and commercial vehicle spare parts from a single source. The goods are shipped throughout Europe from our 90,000m² central warehouse in Heeslingen and we thus support more than 40,000 specialist dealers and workshops throughout Europe.
We are looking for you to expand our team at the Heeslingen site as a
Project Manager (m/f/d) Lean Management
Your tasks
- Recording and analysis of logistics processes, as well as identification of optimization potential
- Application of lean management methods to identify and reduce waste, as well as ensure and increase performance
- Recording and further development of standardized process modules / best practice including documentation
- Collaborating closely with the operational logistics departments: managing and supporting the introduction of new lean methods
- Participation as well as management of various projects for continuous improvement of processes and standards
- Training and further development of operational managers in the Lean context
Your profile
- Completed training or a degree in the field of logistics / supply chain management
- Professional experience in a comparable position, preferably also with first management experience
- Experience in the successful application/implementation of Lean methods
- Structured, self-reliant and solution-oriented way of working
- High level of teamwork, facilitation and coordination skills
- Sure handling of common MS Office programs (extended Excel experience)
- Operative experience in the logistics environment is desirable
- Good knowledge of German and English, other languages are an advantage
