Technical office representative (m/f/d) forklift spare parts

For the further development of our new division in the field of spare parts for material handling equipment, we are looking for employees to strengthen the internal sales team at our new location in Sittensen. We are happy to give career starters and career changers a chance.

Your tasks

• Consulting and supporting customers by phone and selling spare parts
• Spare parts research via electronic media
• Quotation preparation and quotation follow-up
• Support sales field service in the implementation of customer requirements
• Coordination with relevant internal interfaces
• Support in technical projects

Your profile

• Completed commercial or technical training, e.g. as a merchant in wholesale and foreign trade (m/f/d) or as a motor vehicle mechatronics engineer (m/f/d)
• Good technical understanding and ideally experience in the material handling industry
• Knowledge of MS Office
• Self-motivated, structured and organized way of working
• Results-oriented action as well as high service and customer orientation
• Resilience, motivation and ability to work in a team
